The Olathe Chamber of Commerce collects, monitors, and reports the Civilian Labor Force in Olathe. This Civilian Labor Force is a calculation of current citizens who are employed and unemployed in Olathe based on definitions of employment from the US Department of Labor. This measure ultimately helps determine the strength of our workforce and is reported annually.
