Environment Report Card: "A" rating meets EPA and national standards (Under Construction)

Why Is This Important?
The Environmental Report Card will be an A-F report card indicating the City's progress on meeting its environmental goals in areas such as water, wastewater, solid waste, stormwater, fleet, and City buildings. Ratings will be on a variety of environmental, energy, and sustainability indicators that measure how currently the City is meeting EPA, KDHE, and environmental standards, while still working towards and preparing for future environmental stewardship goals. Analysis, recommendations, and insights from the report card will help the City identify needed new investments, incoming regulations, and how to meet an A score.
Measure Description
The development of this measure is currently under construction. Staff is working to develop a methodology that will accurately measure Olathe's performance in order to achieve the goals outlined in Olathe 2040:Future Ready.
