Infrastructure Health Report Card: Water, Wastewater, Stormwater, Streets, Facilities, Parks, IT, Fleet (Under Construction)
Why Is This Important?
The Infrastructure Health Report Card will be an A-F report card indicating the City's progress on meeting its infrastructure health goals in areas such as water, wastewater, solid waste, stormwater, fleet, City facilities, streets IT, and City parks. Ratings will be based on a asset management and other quantitative and qualitative indicators that measure the current health of the City's numerous infrastructure assets, as well as the City's resiliency in continuing to sustain the health of its infrastructure. Many of these assets, such as the street network, have been measured for a long time with a strong degree of reliability, while others, such as the park system, will need to be developed as the City improves its asset management practices across departments. Analysis, recommendations, and insights from the report card will help the City identify needed new investments, areas/categories that may need more attention, future issues that may arise, as well as how to raise the report card score.
